  • Misuse of payment systems, including chargeback abuse or payment evasion

3. Merchant Responsibility

Merchants are responsible for ensuring that their products, services, storefronts, bookings, content, and customer communications comply with applicable laws, payment provider rules, and Zirro policies.

4. Platform Rights

Zirro reserves the right to review, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these policies, with or without notice, particularly where required to protect customers, comply with law, or comply with trusted payment partners.
